PTT Distributes Special Ramadan Bayram Greeting Cards
PTT has introduced specially designed greeting cards in celebration of Ramadan Bayram, now available free of charge at PTT branches throughout Turkey. This initiative aims to uphold traditional values and strengthen the culture of exchanging greetings during the festive season.
Emphasizing the Value of Tradition
In a statement, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraloğlu highlighted the significance of Bayram as a time to reinforce community ties. He noted, “These cards, carrying traces of the past, are designed to help citizens convey heartfelt messages filled with the spirit of sharing, remembrance, and goodwill that characterizes Ramadan Bayram.”
Continuing the Postal Heritage
Uraloğlu also emphasized the enduring value of written correspondence, even in an era dominated by digital communication. “The meaning behind a handwritten Bayram greeting remains invaluable. Through PTT’s longstanding postal tradition, we continue to foster the spiritual atmosphere of Bayram,” the Minister added.
Access and Traditional Designs
The greeting cards feature special designs that reflect the traditional values associated with Bayram. Citizens can visit any PTT office across Turkey to obtain these cards and send festive greetings to their loved ones via PTT’s widespread service network.
